How to Register for the Forum
IMPORTANT!!!!
Invoice system registration number (T- number)
Our organization is not a registered non-profit organization in Japan and SAME does not have a Japanese Gov.-required tax tracking invoice system registration number (T- number) for receipts we issue for the event. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
当団体は米国における非営利法人登録団体であるため、インボイス制度の登録番号（Tナンバー）は保有しておりません。予めご理解の上、お申し込みいただきますようお願いいたします。

Additional Access Requests for Designated Countries
SAME Japan Forum guests whose country of origin is designated below are required to complete additional documentation 30-days in advance. Failure to meet 30-day lead time will delay access to the facility. Please make sure to fill out the form and gain access to New Sanno before registering for the event.
The deadline for registration closes at 11/14/2025, Fri. Please kindly complete your access request by this date.
Sponsor information is required when completing the form. Please send an email to contact@samejapan.org. for the required information. After filling out all information, please send your access request form and a copy of your passport directly to the Security Department for processing.

New Sanno Access Requirement for Non-U.S. Guests
Registration Fees
Individuals can register for the Forum on the Registration Page. Each person is allowed to register for only one ticket. Select a ticket type, enter your details (Name, Nationality, Company name, Email), and choose a payment option (Credit card or Paypal).
フォーラムへのお申込は、Registration Page（参加登録ページ）にて受け付けております。領収書の関係上、お申し込みはお一人様1枚とさせていただきます。チケットの種類を選び、必要事項（お名前、国籍、会社名、メールアドレス）を入力し、支払い方法（クレジットカード、Paypal）を選択します。

Photo Permissions
By registering as a participant, you give Same Japan permission to display your photos on our websites.
参加者として登録することにより、Same Japanに対し、ウェブサイトにあなたの写真を掲載する許可を付与します。
Signing up on behalf of another person
Please register using the name of the person who is actually attending the event (do not register your name if you are not attending the event).
SAME Members Rate
To qualify for the member rate on your individual registration, you are required to have active membership with SAME, either as an individual member or through your organization’s corporate membership.
SAME ID required. Please log-in at Login - SAME to check your ID.

Government Rate
This rate is for US Government/MLC, IHA employees and does not apply to SOFA contractors.
米国政府/MLC、IHAの従業員を対象とした参加費であり、SOFA契約業者には適用されません。
Speakers
Speakers can participate for free, but they must register on this page to gain access to New Sanno. Please note that the "no cost" policy is only applicable to the session's Speaker and does not extend to interpreters, assistants, spouses, or others.
By choosing to become a speaker, you grant Same Japan permission to display your photos on the website and to share your presentation online with participants who have password-protected access to the presentation materials.
発表者の方は参加費無料でご参加いただけます。New Sannoへのエスコートを得るためには、エスコート申請が必要になりますので、スピーカーとして入場申請を行ってください。「無料」ポリシーは、セッションのスピーカーにのみ適用され、通訳者、アシスタント、配偶者、またはその他の関係者には適用されません。
また、スピーカーとして参加する場合、Same Japanに対し、ウェブサイトにあなたの写真を掲載し、プレゼンテーション資料をパスワードのアクセス権限を持つ参加者にオンラインで共有する許可を付与します。
Refunds
Registration fees are eligible for a full refund, minus applicable handling and processing charges.
A full refund, minus applicable handling and processing charges, will be issued for written requests submitted to contact@samejapan.org by Friday, November 14, 2025.
Written requests received by Friday, November 28, 2025, are eligible for a 50% refund (minus applicable handling and processing charges).
Refunds will not be available after 11/28/2025 (Friday) or for individuals who do not attend.
Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to a colleague if you are unable to attend the conference; please refer to the instructions below.
To initiate a refund request, kindly email contact@samejapan.org.
返金
申込費は、適用される手数料および処理費用を差し引いた額を返金いたします。
2025年11月14日（金曜日）までにcontact@samejapan.org宛てに書面で申請した場合、全額 (処理費用を差し引いた額) 返金されます。
2025年11月28日（金曜日）までにcontact@samejapan.org宛てに書面で申請した場合、半額(返金処理費用を差し引いた額)がされます。
2025年11月28日（金曜日）以降または参加されない方への返金は行われません。
返金請求を申請するには、 contact@samejapan.org までメールでご連絡ください。
フォーラムにご参加できない場合、申込費を同僚に譲渡することも可能です。詳細は以下の手順をご確認ください。
Transferring your registration
You may transfer your registration if you cannot attend if requested by 11/21/2025 (Friday). Transfers will not be available after 11/21/2025 (Friday).
Tor request a transfer, please send all relevant registration information for the new registrant to contact@samejapan.org.
